Encourage other leaders more.

This is a pretty simple one I think. I'm going to look for ways to be more encouraging to other people in church leadership, other pastors. I know it makes a difference when people from outside my situation take the time to encourage me and give me a little bost and so I want to do that more for others. I have some ideas to go about it but it's ultimatly not rocket science so...
